New York Licensed Associate Attorney

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to manage cases and provide legal representation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage personal injury caseloads from intake through resolution

Draft pleadings, discovery demands / responses, and substantive motions

Represent clients in court appearances, conferences, and oral arguments

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree; admission to the New York State Bar

3-5 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury litigation

Strong motion practice and discovery management expertise

Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is strongly preferred

Experience in MVA, slip and fall, and general negligence litigation
