Senior Staff Accountant Who :

  • Strong Stabe Company What : Senior Staff Accountant When : ASAP Where : Stone Mountain, GA Why : growth Office Environment : in-office Salary : $65k - $75k base plus benefits, 401k and great culture Position Overview : The Senior Staff Accountant manages financial data collection, reporting, and ensures resources are properly handled per the organization’s business plan.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure timely and accurate accounting for all transactions and reporting.
  • Maintain recurring accounting schedules and processes (daily to annual).
  • Produce monthly financial statements and supplemental reports.
  • Support year-end audit and tax return preparation.
  • Maintain general ledger and reconcile all accounts.
  • Assist with payroll, accounts payable, and cash disbursements.
  • Update and track fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Prepare special financial reports and collaborate on annual budgeting.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in general financial accounting and GAAP.
