Virginia's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking a service-oriented professional to serve as a Customer Service Generalist in our Lebanon Customer Service Center. If you possess strong customer service and cash / credit card handling experience, problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and a desire for career growth, we would like to talk with you.

Job duties include :

• Communicating policies, procedures, and regulations
• Issuing IDs
• Processing applications
• Administering vision, driver, and in-car road tests
• Processing diverse vehicle registrations, titling, tax and fee collection, and other DMV-related services
