Our client, a well-regarded and growing plaintiff-side employment law firm based in El Segundo , is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to support their team of attorneys. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on both wage & hour class actions and individual employment law cases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide litigation support for attorneys handling complex employment matters
- Draft legal documents, assist with discovery, organize case files, and maintain calendaring
- Communicate with clients and third parties in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in trial preparation and case management from inception to resolution
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in employment law or civil litigationParalegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferredStrong organizational and communication skills; capable of working independently and collaborativelyBilingual Spanish / English is a plus, but not requiredWhy You'll Love Working Here :

Salary : $60,000 to $90,000
