About the Role :

Having recently raised our oversubscribed Series C, Wellth is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President, Engineering to lead our engineering organization through our next stage of growth. As a core member of the executive team, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and direction for our engineering team. You will ensure we deliver reliable, secure, and high-impact products for our clients and members. You will be responsible for also scaling up a world-class team.

The SVP, Engineering will partner closely with Product and Operations leadership, serving as the voice of engineering on the executive team, and be accountable for ensuring we have strong technical foundations and the right talent in place to become the category leading company in healthcare.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Define and own the long-term technology strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Serve as a thought partner to the COO, Product, and Data leaders on how engineering drives competitive advantage.
• Represent engineering priorities at the executive team and board level.

Base Compensation : $240,000-$290,000
