What you'll be doing

  • Installs, configures, and monitors endpoint security technologies, including but not limited to Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Secure Web Gateway (SWG) tools.
  • Leverages basic knowledge and familiarity of native operating systems security technologies and device management capabilities to complement or enhance endpoint visibility and protection.
  • Utilize enterprise Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) platform to monitor endpoint security technologies for irregular behavior and recommends preventive measures.
  • Builds automation to scale and / or speed up tasks in support of monitoring endpoint security health.
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging security trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and / or departmental / enterprise initiatives.
  • Performs and delivers on routine assignments / projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge.
  • Identifies and communicates to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality.

What we’re looking for

Must Haves

  • 4 Year / Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • 1 - 3+ Years of Information Security / IT Infrastructure experience that directly aligns to the specific responsibilities of this position.

    The pay range for this position is $86,250 - $143,750 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
