Illinois Licensed Insurance Agent

A company is looking for an Insurance Agent - Sales who will report to the Supervisor, Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Guide customers through products and services, answering questions and resolving concerns

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by converting leads into customers

Provide claims assistance and support clients in the claims process

Required Qualifications

2 years of sales, call center, or relevant experience preferred

Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire

Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Maintain understanding of federal and state regulations for compliance
