Program Aide

Seeking to fill a part time aide to run activities and provide supervision for young children in Putnam - 4 evenings a week during the school year.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and facilitate activities designed for elementary-aged children, ensuring they are educational, fun, and age-appropriate.
• Provide active supervision, maintaining a safe and positive environment.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of activities and spaces.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging participation and positive interactions among children.
• Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents as needed.
