Rental Location : Albuquerque, New Mexico

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, weekends off

Compensation : Base salary with uncapped commissions.

Position Summary :

The Rental Account Executive is pivotal in driving rental sales and marketing efforts. You will foster profitable new accounts while maintaining existing relationships, directly impacting rental revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales : Generate leads through cold calls, customer visits, and telephone solicitation. Understand customer needs and prepare tailored proposals while coordinating with rental operations to ensure equipment availability.
  • Customer Retention : Maintain ongoing communication with customers through visits and calls, ensuring high-quality service and addressing complaints effectively.
  • Time Management : Manage proposal and contract development, customer files, and follow-ups, ensuring adherence to company policies and data accuracy.

  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or 5 years of relevant job experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required; 3 years preferred.
  • 1 year of industry experience preferred.
  • Compensation :

    Minimum Pay : $52,000, Maximum Pay : $54,000. This role is salaried and may include bonuses, commissions, and long-term incentives based on performance.
