Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from existing patients and assist with inquiries
Handle patient concerns and escalate issues to retain patients
Make outbound calls to previous patients to encourage their return
Required Qualifications
Must be 18+ years of age
High school diploma or GED required
1+ years of experience in collections or customer service
Experience in a high-volume, phone-based environment
