FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE : Preferred availability listed but we are open to flexible schedule depending on candidate availability to cover the majority of the shifts available. NY Strong is the go-to personal training studio in Westchester for individuals aged 50+. Our environment is welcoming, inclusive, and supportive, making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Lead 1-on-1 Training sessions Opportunity for Small Group Training (2-6 people) Set up and put away equipment for each session Greet and acknowledge each member upon arrival Teach and demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises Provide clear, concise instructions and cues Help maintain a clean and professional gym environment Assess individual strengths and needs, adjusting exercises as necessary Have the ability to design exercise programs to reach member’s goals Create a safe, inspiring, and enjoyable training atmosphere Offer coaching and feedback with compassion and kindness Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients Be open to providing and receiving feedback Commit to ongoing learning and getting 1% better every day ABOUT YOU : Experience : Ideally, you have 3+ years of personal training experience. You’re an expert in fitness and this is your PROFESSION. Strength Coaches, Corrective Exercise, Special Populations and related experience is a plus. We value personality and character as much as experience. You’re excited to work exclusively with those aged 50+ and are eager to share your authentic self with our team. You live what you coach, believe listening is crucial, embrace ownership, and are open to new ideas. You communicate well, value humility, and are passionate about delivering world-class service. You thrive in a community-focused, entrepreneurial environment.
