The role of the Business Development Representative (BDR) is focused on generating new business opportunities by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients for a newly formed Commercial Plumbing Division. The position will book outbound leads, retain accuracy in data entry, provide stellar customer service, be able to answer general inquiries, and assist Field Staff when necessary.

This person must be independent, reliable, and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation : Identifying and researching new leads or prospects that align with the company's target market.
• Outreach : Conduct outbound business-to-business (B2B) prospecting calls to initiate high-quality, consultative prospecting conversations via cold calls, emails, texts, and other multi-channel approaches to introduce the company and gauge interest.
• Qualification : Develop and nurture leads to generate and qualify multiple pipeline opportunities for new business that aligns with the company's solutions, leading to a long-term partnership.
• Identification : Determine who the appropriate decision maker is.
• Connection : Schedule introductory / discovery calls.
• Collaboration : Working closely with management to ensure a smooth transition to the service team.
• Documentation : Accurately record all customer interactions in Service Titan software system.
