Description

We are looking for a dedicated Multi-Studio Sales Manager to join Fitwell Holdings, a leading company in the health and fitness industry. As a Multi-Studio Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue across multiple fitness studios. Your main focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success. You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at expanding the customer base and increasing profitability in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for multiple fitness studios.
  • Lead and motivate sales teams across different locations to drive performance and meet objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and initiatives that drive sales.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Train and develop sales staff to ensure product knowledge and sales techniques are up to date.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales management, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage sales teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
