Key Responsibilities (Legal Billing Specialist) :

Prepare, edit, and finalize client invoices in accordance with firm and client guidelines

Work directly with attorneys, legal assistants, and clients to resolve billing issues and ensure timely billing

Maintain and update billing records, including client and matter setups, rate adjustments, and special billing arrangements\

Qualifications (Legal Billing Specialist) :

High School Diploma required Legal Billing Specialist

2-3 years of billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment
