Join our team and play a vital role in crafting high-quality cutting and sawing equipment, including tools for concrete, tile, masonry, metal, and more. You'll assemble parts into finished products, ensuring exceptional quality and reliability.
Shift : Monday - Friday 6 : 00 a.m. – 2 : 30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly Tasks
- Assemble various components using blueprints, hand tools, and pneumatic tools, performing tasks like wiring, bolting, aligning, and torquing.
- Pre-assemble parts such as engines, water pumps, transmissions, and blade guards.
- Ensure precise fit and finish, applying decals and paint touch-ups as needed.
Quality Control
Test finished equipment to confirm proper functionality.Complete inspection checklists and notify supervisors for final approval.Prepare products for shipment, including crating, boxing, and adding necessary materials.Maintenance & Safety
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and report tool repair needs.Suggest improvements to processes and specifications.Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns.What We’re Looking For
Experience : 1–2 years in mechanical assembly, with a background in automotive or engine repair a plus.Skills : Proficiency with hand tools, the ability to read blueprints and follow instructions, and a mechanical aptitude.Physical Abilities : Capable of standing for long periods and using pneumatic tools with short-duration vibrations.Traits : Detail-oriented, accurate, and eager to learn specialized processes like electrical wiring.What We Offer
