A leading engineering firm seeks an experienced Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead a landmark $180M infrastructure project featuring 12 miles of roadway development and 5 major interchanges in Arizona. This high-visibility role offers significant career advancement opportunities while shaping the future of regional transportation.

Position Overview

Lead a transformative 2-year roadway project encompassing complex interchange design, including diamond interchange configurations. This role offers the opportunity to manage multidisciplinary teams while driving substantial revenue goals of $500K in year one, scaling to $1M in year two.

Essential Responsibilities

• Spearhead comprehensive roadway design projects from conception through final delivery
• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and subconsultants
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control processes
• Serve as primary client liaison and project representative
• Drive business development initiatives and proposal creation
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff
• Oversee complex interchange design and implementation
