Payment Recovery Specialist

A company is looking for a Payment Recovery Specialist to manage denials and underpayments from payers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct root-cause analysis of denials to identify process improvements

Collaborate with team and management on appeals and follow-ups with providers and payors

Ensure accounts are paid according to contract guidelines and resolve issues with internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred

Three years of healthcare clerical experience required

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
