Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts, including industries such as agriculture, construction, trucking, and oil and gas. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $70,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience)

Managing a book of business with account sizes ranging from $20,000 to $500,000.Handling endorsements, certificates of insurance (COI), renewals, marketing, proposals, and account rounding.Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships.Quoting new and renewal business, with a focus on renewals.Remarketing accounts and updating applications as needed.Collaborating with the Commercial Department Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations.Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses / Certifications : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.Experience :3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the insurance industry.
Proven experience working with middle-market accounts.Technical Skills :Familiarity with Epic software is preferred but not required.
Strong proficiency in quoting, endorsements, and renewals.Soft Skills :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
