Seasonal Accounts Receivable Position

This position will support the monitoring and completion of daily tasks that need to be performed in the Accounts Receivable area.

Position Details

This is a seasonal position expected to go from October to March.

What You'll Do :

• Support and assist accounts receivable team members
• Process open account collections, customer refunds, reversals and offsets
• Respond to emails and customer cases in a timely fashion
• Support month-end closing activities
• Contribute information to improve productivity, quality, customer-service standards; resolve problems and process improvements
• Assist with performing all AR daily tasks including : reviewing orders in the fraud queue, account hold queue, credit limit queue, web tax queue, credit card decline queue, delivered not invoiced queue, and accounting cases, issue refunds via credit card, paypal and refund check, resolve credit card and paypal disputes, create payment journals, general journals, process daily cash deposit, complete excel worksheets, support store order payment and refund inquiries, and other tasks as assigned by management

Position Compensation Outline

Compensation Range : $21 to $27 / hour.
