California Licensed Litigation Paralegal

A company is looking for an In-House Litigation Paralegal to join their legal team on a contract-to-hire basis.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of litigation matters from pre-litigation through resolution

Handle legal holds, discovery requests, document collection, and record management

Support internal and external counsel with matter management and billing processes

Qualifications

3+ years of in-house litigation paralegal experience (corporate environment strongly preferred)

Proven experience managing litigation independently in a remote work setting

Solid understanding of matter management and billing systems

Prior law firm experience, particularly with employment, consumer, or member-related litigation is a plus

Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance is beneficial
