As the Chief Medical Officer, you will play a key role in supervising and empowering our primary care providers (PCPs) in delivering high-quality care. Your leadership will be essential in improving clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction. You'll also engage directly in patient care, bringing your experience and expertise to both your team and patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic conditions, particularly older adults.
• Take accountability for patient care, outcomes, and collaboration with specialists as needed.
• Engage actively with hospital staff regarding patient admissions and care coordination.
• Lead and mentor a committed care team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Conduct weekly team meetings (Super Huddle and Transforming Care Meeting) to enhance care delivery and communication.
• Support center management in enhancing operational effectiveness and financial performance.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of new PCPs to strengthen our team.
