What you'll accomplish as a Traffic Coordinator (Essential Duties) :

• Multitasking with new orders and adjustments to existing logs
• Daily interaction with television professionals in markets across the country
• Cross-department collaboration with sales, engineering, master control, etc.
• Processing incoming orders and translating sales contracts into the sales module
• Generating daily commercial and programming logs for 200 stations in 117 markets
• Scheduling commercials and applying traffic instructions
• Managing inventory control, database library, broadcast automation, and logistical issues
