White Cap is hiring immediately for a Lead Warehouse Associate for our Perris, CA Distribution Center.

A Warehouse Associate at White Cap

Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.

Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.

Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.

Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.

May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.

May work in work environment with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort, such as dust, fumes, or odors.

Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Generally has 5-7 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

Forklift experience

Familiarity with hand and power tools

Attention to detail

Spanish language proficiency
