A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance processes for its teams.
Key Responsibilities
Administer payroll processes and ensure compliance with multi-state and international payroll laws
Manage U.S. and Canadian benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries
Oversee HR compliance, maintain accurate employee records, and support process improvements and vendor management
Required Qualifications
3+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience, with multi-state experience required
Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian payroll laws and benefits compliance
Experience managing payroll coordination and vendor relationships
Experience working in a distributed or remote-first environment
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
