What Youll Do :

Lead by Example : As Sous Chef, youll manage kitchen standards, lead shifts, and set the tone for our team.

Collaborate : Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to create high-end small plates and entrees, paired with a carefully curated cocktail menu.

Maintain Standards : Uphold excellence in kitchen cleanliness, organization, and overall operation.

Leadership Potential : This position offers growth into a CDC or Executive Chef role we want someone whos eager to rise through the ranks and contribute to our long-term vision.
