• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with 1-hour lunch break daily
• Manageable patient load of 12 - 15 patients per day
• Minimal call coverage averaging 3 weeks per year, telephonic only
• 100% outpatient practice with no hospitalist duties
• Board-certified or board-eligible in geriatric medicine required
• Established patient base ready for immediate transition
• Closed weekends with excellent work-life balance
