Position : Business Development Center (BDC) Associate

Location : Burlington, NJ

Pay : $15.49 / hour + Commission

Burlington Hyundai is a premier automotive dealership in the tri-state area, and we're looking for motivated, tech-savvy individuals to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team. No previous experience is required-just a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to our customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats to schedule sales appointments.
• Make outbound sales calls to follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
• Assist with customer follow-ups to maintain engagement and provide additional information.
• Input and maintain accurate customer information in our dealership management system.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure all customer needs are met and support dealership goals.
