As a Team Lead, you'll report directly to our regional consumer sales team and play a pivotal role in expanding our fiber optic broadband footprint within your assigned residential territory. You'll be the driving force behind performance, leading initiatives across diverse channels, including D2D, residential agents, multifamily, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Build and Empower : Recruit, train, and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals (internal and contract), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceeding monthly targets.
• Strategic Territory Management : Assign territories, monitor KPIs, and optimize sales activities to maximize penetration within your assigned region.
• Innovation and Growth : Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand our reach and connect more households with our superior fiber optic solutions.
• Dynamic Leadership : Travel up to 30% to support your team and drive success in the field.
