A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Deep troubleshooting and resolving customer issues on the Imply Druid platform within Service Level Agreements
Attending to operational issues on Imply's SaaS offering and hosted clusters on major Cloud platforms
Writing technical content for knowledge-based articles and documenting issues in the Zendesk ticketing system
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing roles
Extensive working knowledge of Linux platforms and system administration
Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of big data platform ecosystems
Good understanding of relational database management and proficiency in SQL
Experience working with major Cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is a bonus
