We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within EDB's sales teams. You'll partner closely with marketing, sales, and partner teams to nurture leads, identify opportunities, and close business efficiently helping customers see the value of our solutions from first conversation to signed agreement.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Execution : Proactively engage with mid-market prospects to uncover business challenges and demonstrate how EDB's Postgres AI solutions can drive innovation and operational efficiency.
• Lead Management : Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate qualified opportunities across key industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Public Sector and manage them from lead to closure.
• Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, effectively qualifying and advancing opportunities with a focus on driving customer value.
• Collaboration : Partner with Commercial and Enterprise AEs to seamlessly transition accounts that grow beyond the mid-market segment or require strategic support.
• Customer Engagement : Deliver a consultative sales experience, helping customers understand how EDB's Postgres-powered data platform supports AI-driven analytics, sovereignty, and scale.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and opportunity details in Salesforce and other SaaS tools to ensure transparency and alignment.
