Key Responsibilities

Design and execute a global partner enablement strategy aligned with business goals

Build and manage partner onboarding frameworks for efficient ramp-up

Develop scalable training programs and collaborate on partner-facing materials

Qualifications

5+ years in partner enablement, sales enablement, or channel management roles

Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel business models

Experience in designing and delivering training programs

Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and analyze enablement impact

Familiarity with enablement tools and partner portals
