Descripción del trabajo1.5 months paid time off in year 1 Paid for medical and dental Full retirement plan $240,000 - $250,000 base salary Plus up to $60K in RVU Bonuses - Earn $300,000 / year Student loan repayment Moving expenses paid for Sign On Bonus Outpatient practice-Inpatient optional Multiple practice opportunities in city and rural settings long term disability,401K , CME allowance Location : Lima, OH Primary Care Wonderful support team The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality affordable care to their community Opportunities for exceptional growth and development The Physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model. Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions. Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics. Very Flexible schedule options! (3x12 hour shifts or 4-10s or 5-8s) 2 patients per hour seen Working in a team of 4-8 other providers

About the area :
Quaint small town of 45,000 people, excellent restaurants, a symphony orchestra, great live music. The city has put a lot of money into revitalizing downtown. Community of 120,000 people is nestled in NW Ohio surrounded by beautiful parks and lakes. We have two very large lakes within 45 minutes, two world known amusement parks within 2 hours (Kings Island and Cedar Point). We have indoor soccer and tennis, state of the art YMCA, wonderful sports programs at our schools and a great concentration on music. Lima is located in northwest central Ohio, on Interstate 75, 10 miles south of junction U.S. Route 30. Lima is the largest inland city in northwest central Ohio, within 250 miles of the 10 largest cities in the central states. Lima sits midway between Detroit, Cincinnati, Toledo, Dayton, Indianapolis, Columbus and Ft. Wayne. Lima has been the second largest retail market in Ohio for the past seven years.
