Location : Whittier, CA

Position : Case Manager

Service Area : In-home visits across the Burbank area, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities

Compensation :

  • $26.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel between client homes

We are hiring bilingual Case Managers to join our team and provide personalized, in-home support to adults with intellectual disabilities. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and comfortable working independently in the community.

Schedule :

  • Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • Occasional weekend shifts may be required

    • Language Requirements :

    Fluency in English and one or more of the following languages is required :

  • Cantonese
  • Mandarin
  • Armenian
  • Russian
  • Tagalog
  • Vietnamese

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-home visits to assess client needs and coordinate support services
  • Develop and monitor individualized service plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
  • Collaborate with families, service providers, and internal teams
  • Ensure clients are receiving appropriate services and supports in line with program goals

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proficient in documentation and basic computer use
