About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our Product Engineering team and help shape the future of our web infrastructure. In this role, you will architect high-performance applications that push the boundaries of modern web capabilities. We are seeking someone with a strong background in JavaScript, React, Next.js, and experience in technologies like PWAs and SSR. You will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, solving complex problems and collaborating effectively with team members and partners. Your role will include mentoring others, suggesting process improvements, and driving best practices. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our products and user experiences, creating visually stunning and high-performing applications.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Build : Design and develop scalable full-stack web applications using React, NextJS and Typescript, focusing on high availability and low latency.
• Optimize Performance : Drive the implementation of advanced web technologies, such as Server-Side Rendering (SSR) to ensure optimized user experiences.
• Drive Best Practices : Lead the adoption of the engineering best practices including observability and testing to ensure our code is efficient, scalable, and maintainable
• Mentor & Lead : Act as a technical leader within the team—mentoring junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and managing stakeholders.
• Innovate : Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you will have the autonomy to suggest process improvements and influence product roadmap decisions.
