Location: Plano, Texas
Schedule: 7:30am-5:30pm

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and responsible for accurately packing products, preparing orders for shipment, and supporting effective communication within the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack products accurately and efficiently according to company standards
- Inspect items for quality, damage, or defects before packing
- Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment
- Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with team members and supervisors
- Follow all safety, quality, and productivity guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area
- Assist with inventory counts and basic warehouse tasks as needed
- Report any issues related to product quality, safety, or equipment
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic math and organizational skills
