Project Coordinator

Legal Services

$19.00-$23.00 per hour

Monday-Friday, 9 : 30am-6 : 00pm PST

Remote

Open-Ended Contract

What You’ll Do :

  • Assign and track incoming work for a 65-person Data Services team, ensuring timely completion
  • Monitor daily task queues, identify bottlenecks, and reallocate resources as needed
  • Provide regular status updates and analytics to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate time tracking and budget estimates vs. actuals for project work
  • Act as liaison between Client Services and Data Services to ensure smooth operations
  • Escalate technical issues and outages appropriately
  • Understand and communicate project progress across all active cases
  • Professionally interact with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate calm, logical decision-making under pressure and conflicting demands
  • Negotiate timelines and resources with team members and clients
  • Promote collaboration and de-escalation during conflict situations

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • 3+ years of project coordinator or related experience, including workforce coordination
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
  • Skilled in navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • Analytical problem-solver with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Comfortable interacting across all organizational levels
  • Experienced in workforce data analysis and dynamic task management
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiar with Salesforce and other business tools
  • Quick learner of new technologies with a focus on process efficiency and improvement
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Ability to work in an environment with immediate deadlines and shifting priorities
