Muscle Shoals - Fleet and Commercial Sales Manager - Full-time

Long-Lewis Auto Group is seeking an experienced and driven Fleet and Commercial Sales Manager to lead our Fleet Department. This is an exceptional opportunity to oversee a growing segment of our business, manage key commercial accounts, and develop a high-performing fleet sales team all within a respected, customer-first dealership group.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead, train, and motivate the Fleet & Commercial Sales team
  • Develop and manage relationships with business, municipal, and government clients
  • Structure and price commercial vehicle deals, including upfitting solutions
  • Coordinate vehicle sourcing, inventory, and delivery logistics
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealership's commercial footprint
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through exceptional service

    • What You Bring :

  • Proven success in commercial, fleet, or automotive sales management
  • Strong leadership and B2B relationship-building skills
  • Experience structuring deals for business or government accounts
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and passion for delivering results
