A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to drive platform adoption and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients to enhance platform usage and spending growth
Meet or exceed quarterly spending and usage targets
Develop strategic roadmaps and advise clients on best practices for gifting initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Sales roles
Experience in subscription-based SaaS or recurring-revenue environments
Strong commercial instinct with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders in Sales and Marketing
Highly proactive and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities
