Senior Collections Specialist

ATHENA Accounting and Finance is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in recovering assets while upholding professional and ethical standards. Your expertise in collections, judgment enforcement, and asset recovery will be key to ensuring successful financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage collections for merchant cash advance (MCA) accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
• Utilize advanced skip tracing techniques to locate debtors.
• Implement judgment enforcement strategies , including garnishments and lien placements.
• Conduct detailed asset searches to identify recoverable assets.
• Collaborate with private investigators and third-party professionals as needed.
• Negotiate payment plans while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and account statuses
