34 Park Restaurant is seeking experienced, hospitality driven Servers to join our front of house team. This role is ideal for professional individuals with a solid background in full service restaurants who take pride in service, guest engagement, and teamwork. Servers at 34 Park are expected to represent the restaurant with professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide genuine, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests from greeting through departure.
- Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including food preparation, ingredients, allergens, and modifications.
- Maintain working knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails, with the ability to make informed recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system with attention to detail.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, hosts, and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow all service standards, steps of service, and training protocols as established by management.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service and composure during high volume periods.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues professionally, escalating concerns to management when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, side stations, and service areas.
- Adhere to all food safety, alcohol service, and workplace policies.
- Participate in ongoing training, retraining, and team development initiatives.
Requirements :
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of three years of experience in a full service restaurant environment.Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service fundamentals.Working knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits required.Experience in high volume or event driven environments preferred.Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.Strong time management and multitasking skills.Positive attitude, reliability, and a team first mindset.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.Professional Expectations
