Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – NICU / Pediatric - $2,915 per week

• 36 or 48-hour weekly schedules available (48 hours preferred)
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with facility allowed to call off 3 times throughout 13-week assignment
• Weekend coverage required as needed by unit, with no more than 3 consecutive weekends
• Float to adult RRT units as needed within scope
• Work primarily in NICU with 6-10 vents daily census
• 2 years of experience required in NICU / PICU
• Required certifications : NM License, RRT, BLS, ACLS, NRP
• RQI certifications will NOT be accepted
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Cerner charting system
• Free parking available
• Skills required : NICU, Pediatric Critical Care, endotracheal tube / suctioning, extubation, nasal airway placement / suctioning, oral airway placement, oropharyngeal suctioning, sputum specimen collection, tracheostomy suctioning, pulmonary toileting, ABG interpretation
• Must have high frequency jet ventilator experience
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Work with HFOV & HFJV, INO in Level I Trauma Center for Adult & Pediatrics and Level III NICU
• No locals within 75 miles accepted
• NM license can be pending at time of submission
• Overtime must be pre-approved by client and is rarely granted
