Description :

Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield is seeking a professional with a strong management background and excellent interpersonal skills to oversee our business operations.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Accounts receivable management encompassing Medicaid, Private Pay billing and collections
  • Overseeing the Resident Trust accounts / activity
  • Daily cash posting
  • Handle family inquires pertaining to billing
  • Participate in the monthly close process and triple check meetings
  • Post ancillary charges each month
  • Prepare the daily census report

    Requirements :

  • Previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a long-term care facility is a plus
  • Previous Medicaid billing experience in a Missouri skilled nursing facility is required for applicants to be considered
