Title : Tax Director

Salary : $115-160K + bonus

Tax Director Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of tax operations
  • Review and sign off on complex returns for HNW individuals, trusts, corporations, and partnerships
  • Serve as a hands-on "player-coach" for the tax team
  • Implement process improvements and ensure timely filings
  • Provide strategic tax planning and guidance to clients
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on long-term expansion goals

Tax Director Qualifications :

  • CPA required
  • 10+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally from public accounting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing a diverse client portfolio with complex tax needs
