Seeking regional CDL-A truck drivers, including new graduates and experienced operators, to run dedicated regional dry van routes with 100% no-touch freight.
Schedule and equipment :
- Regional routes with two days home every other week.
- Late-model tractors with automatic transmissions and dry van trailers.
- 100% no-touch freight handling on assigned routes.
Primary responsibilities :
Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes, meeting schedules and delivery instructions.Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and all required documentation in accordance with DOT rules.Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and represent the employer at customer locations and on the road.Minimum qualifications :
Valid CDL-A license.Either completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months (for new graduates) or a minimum of 12 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer OTR or regional driving experience within the last 36 months (for experienced drivers).Minimum age 21 and ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements.Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks.Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.Estimated annual compensation : $70,000 to $80,000 USD.
