Seeking regional CDL-A truck drivers, including new graduates and experienced operators, to run dedicated regional dry van routes with 100% no-touch freight.

Schedule and equipment :

  • Regional routes with two days home every other week.
  • Late-model tractors with automatic transmissions and dry van trailers.
  • 100% no-touch freight handling on assigned routes.

Primary responsibilities :

  • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
  • Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes, meeting schedules and delivery instructions.
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and all required documentation in accordance with DOT rules.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and represent the employer at customer locations and on the road.

    • Minimum qualifications :

  • Valid CDL-A license.
  • Either completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months (for new graduates) or a minimum of 12 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer OTR or regional driving experience within the last 36 months (for experienced drivers).
  • Minimum age 21 and ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks.
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.

    • Estimated annual compensation : $70,000 to $80,000 USD.
