Descripción del trabajoThe ideal candidate will have previous medical billing experience, authorization experience and know how to navigate the major payor portals. Oncology experience is a plus but not required.
Job Title : Sr. Billing Representative
Location : Houston, TX
Contract : 4-months contract with possible extension
Shift : 08 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM (Monday-Friday)
Hours Per week : 40 hours per week
What are the top responsibilities for this position :
- Scheduling,
- Rescheduling patients,
- Registration of patients,
- Insurance verification,
- Taking copays / payments & confirmation calls for all 11 providers.
- People skills, being able to communicate with the patients, computer knowledge (Epic knowledge is helpful).
