As a member of the Competitive and Market Intelligence Team, you will have the opportunity to wear lots of hats and be challenged daily. On a typical day, you will support strategic internal teams by providing actionable intelligence on competitive offerings including core Financials, Spend Management, and Professional Services Automation. Along with working closely with our Corporate Strategy counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Product Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Presales teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather intelligence that will improve Workday's competitive position.
• Improve sales and pre-sales effectiveness by providing fact-based analysis on competitor offerings including : Financials, Spend Management, and Professional Services Automation.
• Support the Field Sales, Pre-sales, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, and Product teams.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
