Account Services Supervisor

A company is looking for an Account Services Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong service relationships with clients and agents, coordinating the renewal process and addressing customer issues

Gather and analyze data to create reporting packages and manage communications related to account renewals

Direct and manage office service and administrative staff, ensuring proficiency in job assignments and assisting with large enrollments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a job-related field

4 years of job-related work experience or an Associate's degree with 2 years of job-related work experience

5 years of account management experience in the insurance industry, including 1 year of team lead or leadership experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Good judgment and effective customer service skills
