Maintenance Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC and utilities knowledge to support our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping clean and dirty utility systems running efficiently, supporting building automation controls, and helping ensure our facilities stay compliant and reliable in a GMP environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and enjoys working hands-on with critical facility systems.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems (AHUs, boilers, chillers) and refrigeration systems
• Support utilities including water systems, compressed air, steam, and process cooling
• Conduct daily system checks, trend reviews, and respond to out-of-range conditions
• Identify issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure equipment remains in a validated state
• Coordinate contractor activities and help plan HVAC-related shutdown and project work
• Provide guidance to other technicians on system operations and best practices
