General Recruiter

We are a fully remote recruiting company with a mission to help impact-driven companies with hiring the top 5% of talents on the market to match your specific business requirements.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Recruiter to join our team in identifying and hiring exceptional remote business assistants. In this role, you will play a critical part in building a high-performing team of remote professionals who can provide vital support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the qualifications necessary for successful business assistant roles.

Responsibilities :

  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition :

Utilize various recruitment channels to source, identify, and attract potential remote business assistant candidates.

  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
  • Candidate Assessment :
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for remote business assistant roles.

  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration with CEO and Operations Manager :
  • Partner with CEO and Operations Manager to understand their staffing needs.

  • Develop job descriptions and requirements tailored to specific business assistant positions.
  • Candidate Experience :
  • Provide a positive and informative candidate experience, including clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

  • Data Management :
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.

  • Team Management :
  • Help manage assistants in training by providing timely feedback and creating relevant tasks to evaluate their expertise level.

    Requirements :

  • 3+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on administrative positions
  • English B2
  • strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
