We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Recruiter to join our team in identifying and hiring exceptional remote business assistants. In this role, you will play a critical part in building a high-performing team of remote professionals who can provide vital support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the qualifications necessary for successful business assistant roles.
Responsibilities :
Utilize various recruitment channels to source, identify, and attract potential remote business assistant candidates.
Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for remote business assistant roles.
Partner with CEO and Operations Manager to understand their staffing needs.
Provide a positive and informative candidate experience, including clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
Help manage assistants in training by providing timely feedback and creating relevant tasks to evaluate their expertise level.
