A company is looking for a Product Manager II to enhance experiences within their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) products.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end delivery of product initiatives from discovery through launch
Contribute to roadmap prioritization for ATS capabilities based on customer feedback and data
Partner with engineering and design teams to improve recruiter and hiring manager workflows
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of product management experience
Demonstrated ability to ship products and features end-to-end
Familiarity with AI / ML or data science teams on AI-powered features
Strong analytical skills for data-driven prioritization decisions
Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-oriented environment
